Kim Haynes

Kim Haynes has been in the medical field for over 10 years. She enjoys building relationships with patients and has a true passion for making a positive difference in their lives. Kim loves helping people who feel they don’t have anywhere to turn or have been told this is just what aging feels like.

Kim has seen the benefits of bio-identical hormone optimization therapies in both men and women here at Sun Valley Health and Wellness. She has personally lost weight, increased her strength and feels stronger with using pellets.

She loves family time, traveling, spoiling her new granddaughter. She has a passion for hot yoga and was recently certified as a 200-hour yoga instructor.

Patricia Polson, FNP-C

Patricia Polson is a Nurse Practitioner who has lived and worked in the Phoenix Metropolitan area since 1989.

Prior to finishing her RN degree at Mesa Community College, she worked at several local hospitals as a Surgical Technician. She continued with her education and completed both her Bachelors in Nursing and Masters of Nursing degrees at the University of Phoenix.

She is enthusiastic about physical fitness and loves to travel, hike, and kayak. She is a mother of three children and two grand children. She lives with her husband Bob and two German Sheppard dogs in the west valley.
